Another PEO sister, Natalie, asked me to paint this memory portrait of her husband’s beloved feline, Mbalala, a Zimbabwe word for butterfly. Mbala, for short, pronounced Bahla, is a Lilac Tortoiseshell Dilute. Oh, what pretty coloring! Acrylic on canvas, easel included, measures 3″ X 3″, finished with UV protectant.
